| Old Soul Coping in a Mature Soul World By Caris Palm Turpen
Over the last few years you've been given a number of tools to help you better understand yourself and those around you. From the Old Soul perspective, there are a few we would like to point out as having the most impact on how you might adapt or adjust to the trials and tribulations of the loss and anguish you have around you from the young and mature souls whose cries disturb the night. First of all, identify your top three Needs. Find ways to support them.
Second, identify your Four Pillars and DO THEM. ALL of them.
Three, sometimes it helps to make a drawing of your Support Circle and actually put little pictures of the people you consider to be in each position.
Fourth, de-cord on a regular basis. For some, this is every day.
Fifth, find time to be alone. Do a Garbo. But remember to come back.
Sixth, express yourself. Don't give a hoot about who sees.
Seventh, Be of Service to others.
*****
Ain't this the truth. I am an old soul 4th level and sometimes I just do not get people. Perhaps I should say I haven't much tolerance for some people. It is like think about it, get it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand you are the creator of your reality.
Decording. This is something I need to do A LOT. Before I understood decording I was about nuts.
And I need time alone and demand it.
I need to research the pillars.

| Greetings friends,
With starting a new job and all that goes with that, I have been absent from the internet except for what I have to do.
The Ren. Faire is over with for another year which was a blast. It was my first one and I really enjoyed it. Is there nothing more fun than getting dressed up in all my pretties and letting the REAL tigress out??? Rawwrrrrrrr.......wink wink.
I am now back down to one belly dance class a week. We are planning a student hafla on the 20th which should be a good time. It is only open to students and drummers and of course teachers and will feature dancing, drumming and ethnic foods.
Summer is flying by and soon school will be starting (yay!). With the stress of the job I am eating and have gained some weight and that is not good. I am also working on paintings for an upcoming show Sept. 29. At the end of October is a three day belly dance workshop I am planning on attending so I need to get my rear in gear, LOL.
Next Saturday is the student readings at my favorite metaphysical shop. Yes, we actually have one out here in the boondocks! I have been thinking a lot about a horse from my past, strange things happening regarding his photo etc. So I am hoping to perhaps gain some insight on why he keeps coming to me.

"What nation are you" they ask.
"The nation of the Human Being" I reply.
I am all and I am none, just as you are.
Does not the drum we all hear originate from one source, our mother's breast?
I am all nations and no nations.
I am your nation and you are mine.
We are put here to dance this circle we call life together in love.

| Tonight is the tribal belly dance benefit show so I need to head out early. I very much look forward to it as our sister troupe from the south is coming up to perform. This is a rare occasion so one to be celebrated!
I have been busy outdoors or searching for new costuming pieces. I found a lovely tribal type skirt in browns, creams and black, a brown choli to match and a gorgeous burnt orange choli tie top in chiffon with long flowing sleeves.
I have been invited to a drum circle next weekend at the womyn's sanctuary. I have just recently learned of this place so when sent the invitation I volunteered to help be a "bushwacker" and help clean the grounds up. So many blessings have come my way since my view of life made a total 180 shift.

| Greetings travelers, welcome to my camp here on Xanga. Just a short entry tonight since I have a mandela waiting for me to work on it. I just wanted to leave my footprint here.
